01Which sectors do you work with?
Mining, industry and energy, banking and telecoms, NGOs and public institutions. We agree the scope of each engagement with you.
02Can you work outside Conakry?
Yes. We agree on-site work in Guinea and any necessary travel when defining the engagement.
03Do you accept one-off engagements?
Yes: a targeted audit, a recruitment assignment or training. We agree an objective, deliverables and a schedule.
04How does a social audit work?
We define the scope, review documents and conduct interviews, map risks, then present an action plan. Timing depends on the scope and available records.
01How are your fees presented?
The quote specifies the scope and fees excluding tax. VAT at 18% is added to the amount excluding tax. Payment terms are set out in the quote.
02What are your recruitment fees?
Fees start at one month of gross salary per position. For multiple positions, a fixed fee can be discussed in a quote. Fees are charged to the employer, not the candidate.
03Can you adapt the scope to a limited budget?
We can prioritise needs and propose an appropriate scope. There is no automatic discount: terms are specified in the quote.
01How long does recruitment take?
The schedule depends on the role, candidate availability and your approval stages. It is included in the engagement proposal.
02What happens if a recruitment is unsuccessful?
Follow-up and replacement terms are specified in the recruitment contract and discussed before signing.
01How do you address confidentiality?
Confidentiality, data access and retention arrangements are defined for each engagement. You can request a non-disclosure agreement when defining the scope.
02Which languages are used for engagements?
French is the main working language. Please discuss English or local-language requirements when defining the scope. Each course page specifies the teaching language.
