Controller and applicable framework

TEDSOM SARL, Kipé Dadia, Ratoma, Conakry, Guinea, is responsible for personal data collected through this website. Contact: contact@tedsom.com.

The primary applicable framework is Guinean Law L/2016/037/AN of 28 July 2016 on cybersecurity and personal data protection. Other rules, including the GDPR where applicable, may also apply.

Data and purposes

Contact forms collect your identity, professional contact information and message. A quote request may include workforce size, positions or a proposed gross monthly salary. These details are used to respond to your request and prepare the engagement.

The public assistant processes the messages you send to it and, when you choose to provide them, your contact details. Technical security logs help operate and protect the service. Candidate and client areas have their own privacy notices.

Consent and contact

Forms explain the use of your information before submission. Your request enables TEDSOM to respond and take the pre-contractual steps you ask for. Optional marketing permission is separate from a service request.

Retention

The target retention period for contact requests is a maximum of 36 months after the last exchange, unless a legal obligation or an ongoing engagement requires otherwise. You can request deletion by email.

Optional audience-measurement events are retained for 90 days. Their session identifier expires after 30 minutes. Infrastructure technical logs are configured for 90 days of retention.

Service providers and data locations

The service uses Amazon Web Services for hosting, authentication, databases and file storage in the Europe (Paris) region. Resend delivers application emails and stores data in the United States. Cloudflare Turnstile protects forms. Grafana Cloud receives technical observability data through its London collection region. Sentry can monitor frontend errors when enabled.

The public assistant uses DeepSeek. Messages sent to this assistant are processed by this provider, whose privacy policy identifies storage and processing in China. Semantic indexing uses Cohere embedding models through AWS Bedrock with a European multi-region inference profile. Cohere semantic ranking may also be used when enabled. Data processing is not exclusively located in Paris or within the European Union.

Linked candidate or client areas may offer Google sign-in when enabled. Their notices describe those services.

Your requests

You can contact contact@tedsom.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, or to raise an objection about its use. Requests are examined under applicable law; identity may need to be verified.

Cookies and optional statistics

Technical cookies can store language or security preferences. Optional visit and contact-request measurement starts only after you accept it. You can refuse it or change your choice through “Statistics preferences” in the footer; forms remain available.

No advertising cookie is used by this first-party measurement. The statistics consent and session identifiers do not contain your contact details.
